About the role

Payment Analyst F/M/D

We are looking for a Payment Analyst as part of the finance team and reporting to the Head of Payments, you will manage and support the global accounting organisation at Vestiaire Collective.

This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Paris office.

What you will be doing:

You will run daily Operations Activity:

Be the first point of contact regarding payment operation topics, following up on any payment issue via our ticketing tool, Zendesk.

You will also communicate with our payment partners and internal stakeholders.

You will process customer refunds

You will work closely with our product and tech teams- with processing of incidents

You will run weekly Manual Payout Reporting

You will act as a Bug reporter upon analyzing some trends in the ticketing and order validation systems

You will also handle ad-hoc tasks such as mass refunds, manual checks and other business based requirements.

Who you are
  • Ideally you have a relevant experience in the field of payment
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • You have experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You are data driven, analytical, result-oriented and you focus on solutions rather than problems and troubleshooting skills
  • A team player, you display integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
  • You speak and write fluently in English, French would be a plus.
