Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief of Staff (COS) and work closely with the Head of Administration for the Office of the CEO. This individual is a change agent who will execute administrative tasks and projects aligned with the vision and success of the Office of the Chief of Staff (COS) and the organization at large. The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative, reporting, logistical, and other support functions for the Chief of Staff (COS) office. This is a hybrid working role with at least three days a week in our NYC office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support for the Chief Of Staff (COS). This includes but is not limited to drafting memos, emails, reports, and presentations; processing expenses; arranging hotel, car, airline/rail reservations; using critical thinking skills to manage the COS calendar. - Provide coverage to the Head of Administration for the CEO's Office. - Partner closely with the Head of Administration for the CEO's Office to execute leadership meetings, events, manage annual QGR /SGR/Accelerator calendar, etc. - Support with research and gathering of materials for COS in preparation for meetings. - Manage meeting and event logistics such as scheduling, room reservation, and participant inclusion. - Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to completion. - Handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Exhibit excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly. - Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and can anticipate needs and manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines. - Demonstrate a keen desire to learn and set high standards of achievement for yourself. - Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners. - A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions and a highly resourceful team player who can be extremely effective independently
