You are a digital native who enjoys helping to shape the digital communication channels of a global lifestyle company in an international context? You like working in a varied dynamic environment and an exciting industry? To strengthen the Global Corporate Communications department, we are looking for a committed and experienced team player who likes to drive things forward together. Be part of our Corporate Channels Team and shape the Group Communications of HUGO BOSS together with us!

What you can expect:

  • Management of the HUGO BOSS online community (including monitoring, listening, commenting and supporting crisis management) for all corporate communication channels (social media, employee app, intranet)
  • Maintenance and publication of posts on the respective corporate communication channels - if required, support in copywriting
  • Support in the implementation of communication plans
  • Regular creation of reports for the further development of the channels
  • Proactive and close exchange with internal and external interfaces


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in communications or media studies or comparable commercial education
  • First professional experience (at least 1-2 years) in the field of social media on the agency or corporate side
  • High quality awareness as well as passion for digital media and social media
  • Service-oriented approach to internal interfaces and "can-do" mentality
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, thoroughness and flexibility
  • Experience working with digital organization and publishing tools
  • Business fluent English, German language skills would be desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, high level of motivation as well as the ability to work under time pressure
