Job Details
The Finance Intern primarily provides finance support for Jewelry Supply and Diamond Division operations. This includes the production facilities domestically and internationally, including the purchase and manufacturing of stones, raw metal, fabricated metal, components and finished goods, as well as manufacturing of the finished goods at the facilities. The role will focus on assisting with analytics to support effective operational decision-making.
Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates should be available to work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City or Parsippany, NJ location.
Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities
Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting
- Support monthly reporting processes for total incurred costs of the Jewelry Supply and Diamond division
- Work closely with facility finance and accounting teams to understand financials to be used in monthly presentations slides for senior management
Strategic Financial Projects
- Support approval process of capital investment requests from facilities
- Ad hoc work related to management requests and points of strategic interest
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Assist with refining analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency
Safety
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate education
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate finance program
