Intern, Client Analytics and Insights Data Analyst

Position Overview

The Client Analytics and Insights organization works closely with the regional omnichannel, merchandizing, and client Relations teams. The mission is to analyze client data and client omnichannel journeys to inform the regional client growth strategy, and to identify opportunities to accelerate development of long-term client relationship and drive lifetime value. The mission of the intern will be to conduct specific data analysis to support the team in better understand opportunities for business growth and equity to take concrete actions on challenges and/or opportunities at the Executive level.

Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates should be available to work for the entire 10-week program.

Location: This position is based out of our New York City corporate office.

Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities
  • Define the right format of reporting based on feedbacks to get from the team and key partners
  • Conduct data analysis to understand opportunities for business growth & equity
  • Support the team on additional ad hoc analysis and automatization of data screening

Qualifications

Required :
  • Very analytical Skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Know how to manage a large amount of data
  • Excel knowledge, SQL a plus

Preferred:
  • DTC Brand experience
  • Luxury experience
  • Data science basic knowledge
