The Industrial External Planning Intern will work to learn, evaluate, and document the Industrial Planning Team's monthly Planning process and identify opportunities of efficiencies and improvement. They will also support data review and clean-up efforts in the area to facilitate more efficient and accurate planning activities.
Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates should be available to work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City corporate office.
Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities
Review & Reporting
- Comprehensive Review of Industrial Planning Team's "Monthly Planning Processes"
- Generate and update visual process flow charts for key identified planning processes
- Document all key recurring Industrial Planning meetings purposes and expected deliverables/goals of each
- Identify any areas/opportunities of improvement
System Analysis and Clean-up
- Support Data review and clean-up efforts within planning systems & reports
- Includes proactive clean-up of existing order reports
- Master data clean-up within planning system
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business or Supply Chain field curriculum program
- Proficient in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills particularly using Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word
