As a member of the Demand Planning team within the Supply Chain organization, the MBA Intern is responsible for driving sales planning analyses to support agility around sales trends.
The MBA Intern will have the opportunity to lead and drive innovative projects that will support the team in reaching established goals on sales for critical launches and product categories, incorporating industry insights.
Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates should be available to work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position is based out of our New York City corporate office.
Salary: The hiring range for this position is from $35.00-$50.00 per hour, working a total of 40 hours per week. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.

- Quantitative: Define financial success and highlight cannibalization considerations.
- Qualitative: Hindsights for future planning consideration
- Launch behavior: Recommend launch profiles should be used for future launches
- Product cannibalization whe n new products are being introduced
- Recommend logic to determine what will be cannibalized and to what degree
Industry Insights
- Outlook for the luxury Jewelry industry for the next few years
- Outlook for each product category, geographical region and channel of business
- Insights on opportunities that would further grow Tiffany's market share globally
Required Qualifications:
- College degree and in pursuit of MBA degree
- 2+ years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead in a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
- Operational excellence
- Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
- Agility and comfort in working in a highly dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning apps
