Reporting to the Director of Global Learning & Development, the Global Learning & Development Intern will support the administration and coordination of all Global Learning and Development programming. These include in-person and virtual offerings as well as micro-learnings, communications and marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences.
Dates: This position will begin on June 5th and end on August 11th. Candidates are asked to be available to work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities
- Support and coordinate Global Learning & Development learning offerings (in-person and virtual).
- Complete administrative tasks in support of Global Learning & Development offerings (Invoicing, proofreading, testing, etc.).
- Communications and Marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences, as well as reinforcement messages to support goals of job application and insight sharing.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or recently completed BA/BS or Master's degree
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile
- Possess a growth mindset
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Oracle experience
- Canva or Illustrator experience
- Comfortable presenting to large crowds
