Senior Intelligence Executive - Watches, Jewelry and Eyewear

Our Intelligence team is recruiting a Senior Intelligence Executive focused on our Watches, Jewelry and Eyewear vertical. Our team is positioned as the 'knowledge hub' for multiple categories within the luxury industry (fashion, beauty, etc.) and brands data in our group.

The Senior Intelligence Executive will be fully responsible in building market understanding for the "Watches, Jewelry and Eyewear" vertical, overseeing reports and performing ad hoc studies for these luxury categories within Gulf region markets.

The role will be responsible for gathering and consolidating the data and intelligence required to build market-size estimates that provide our brands and business partners the visibility needed to make informed decisions on a country-level.

The role will also be key in building relationships with internal Watches, Jewellery and Eyewear business units as well as external partners and observing wider trends for these categories both within and beyond the Gulf region.

What you'll be doing

- Estimate market-size for in-scope categories (primarily physical point-of-sales both monobrand and wholesale but also e-commerce) for the GCC region (i.e. United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
- Publish quarterly updates and bi-annual reports to be shared with our brands and partners
- Monitor industry trends (brand repositioning, market shifts, key retail events, new business models) within the region and beyond
- Ensure data reliability by performing data cross-checks and enhancing data quality
- Liaise with internal / external partners to gather new data and insights on the industry
- Present findings to internal and external key stakeholders
- Propose market projections from existing data through assumptions
- Update corporate presentations and manage ad hoc requests from management and external partners
- Perform analysis of existing business lines within the group
- Conduct pricing analysis for categories in-scope
- Support administrative and planning tasks (market visits, meetings....)

What you'll need to succeed

- Interest for the luxury Watches, Jewellery and Eyewear categories and the luxury industry
- Team player, detail-oriented, organized
- Strong analytical (Excel, BI) and presentation skills
- Solid ability to work with data (clean, harmonize, enrich) and derive insights
- Inquisitive and entrepreneurial mindset looking for professional growth
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Statistics is a plus
- Industry experience in Watches, Jewellery and/or Eyewear business analytics roles is valued
- Previous experience as business analyst is valued

- Arabic (read, written and spoken) is a bonus
