Summary
Reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer, and leading a team of professionals, the Vice President of Business Relationship Management will act as the single point of contact in the Americas region engaging with key executives within the Kering departmental functions as well as the brands and representative at the Global level. Responsibility lies in understanding the business needs of Kering's luxury brands in the Americas region and developing a prioritized roadmap of enabling technology initiatives, considering maximum return on investment.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Brand Relationship Management:
  • Develop deep knowledge of business' technological needs through regular stakeholder engagement
  • Consult, collaborate and provide pragmatic/practical thought leadership with local leader stakeholders, giving clear direction, collecting any demand and/or operational need to ensure alignment of strategies and capabilities.
  • Coach business partners and enable them to articulate technology needs and requirements in their function that will advance business performance
  • Act as principle technology advisor to business users and champion for identifying, leading, and driving IT transformation
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to evaluate proposals, build business cases, plan new joint initiatives, and determine how they best fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.
  • Ensure that business units have capacity and capability to implement changes required by new technology solutions
  • Align the projects and resources within the regional market in the execution of the larger business strategy. This includes the standardized global processes with defined performance metrics where applicable.
  • Drive communication, change management and engagement of the technology strategy and influence adoption of the roadmap
  • Build horizontal and vertical relationships with business and IT leaders and drive adoption of new technology service delivery model and tech organization roles and responsibilities
  • Evaluate the services provided by Kering Tech teams, the results and industry trends and make recommendations to improve processes and resolve operational issues to enhance end user service.
  • Management of the budget, planning, analysis and reporting to regional and global level stakeholders
  • Responsible for Kering Tech Quality of Service in the region


WHO YOU ARE
  • A minimum of 15 years relevant business operations experience preferably in a multinational company including; 5-7 years of experience with people management
  • Strategic thinker focused on business results that utilize technology solutions
  • Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience
  • Highly skilled at creating business requirements
  • Demonstrated acumen and passion for business and technology
  • Understands IT industry - emerging technologies, trends, solution architecture, and vendor landscape
  • Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence C-level executives to drive business value
  • Experienced in multi-level relationship and change management
  • Comfortable exerting influence and authority in both matrixed and solid line reporting relationships
  • Execution-oriented, negotiation and networking skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Entrepreneurial motivation, political saavy and strong emotional intelligence
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business required
