POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible for creating integrated, multi-channel communication strategies to drive greater understanding, alignment and connection to the broader PVH priorities. This will include identifying and supporting key engagement activations to evolve our culture and enhance our associate experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Communications
  • Develop and execute communications strategies to inform and engage associates across different channels:

- Work with stakeholders to identify key messages to align and amplify overall strategic priorities, initiatives and values

- Create compelling marketing-communications plans leveraging multiple channels including, email, our corporate intranet, associate engagement app and social media channels

- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations on how to evolve and increase engagement over time

- Create high-level recaps and learnings to maximize impact and ROI on key initiatives
  • As part of the regional communications team, build a compelling platform for ongoing two-way communications with associates
  • Create tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall communications
  • Provide consultative advice to regional counterparts, HR community and business teams as needed.


Engagement
  • Lead and direct the planning and organization of key engagement events including Town Halls and other business critical meetings
  • Identify and support opportunities to drive increased associate engagement by collaborating with the Brands as well as key functions including I&D, Sustainability, CSR, etc.


Ad hoc
  • Provide expert SME advice as needed
  • Support key HR projects as needed

ORGANIZING: Meticulous planner and executor who works well on his/her own and works well with the overall HR team to ensure results; strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and arranges information in a useful manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • At minimum of 6 years of communications experience gained in multicultural environment
  • Fast-moving, gained in fast-moving including internal communications-focused experience


Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.


Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to create compelling content, including news stories, infographics, video content, etc.
  • Familiar with digital online communication tools and digital world.
  • Ability to write clear, concise content that reflects a consistent overall tone with understanding of key audiences
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Strong project management skills
  • A flexible and agile approach to work - able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot as needed
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and creative self-starter
  • Strong command of English
  • Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
  • Outcome focused mindset
