Production Manager for Apparel Company

• Attend proto, salesmen sample and pre-production fittings
• Create and manage the seasonal WIP (work in process report)
• Assist in preparing salesmen samples for proto and sales meetings
• Update information in stylemaster, purchase orders and costing as needed
• Update bulk production bill of materials page in Backbone
• Partner with Design to ensure timely execution of product development calendar
• Communicate and manage all production changes from salesmen samples to bulk production
• Communicate with licensing partners
• Assist in providing corporate office in Korea samples and information as needed
• Assist in sourcing fabrics and maintaining a seasonal fabric chart
• Ensure bulk production fabric comments are sent to mills/suppliers
• Comment and approve bulk production lab dip colors
• Maintain a up to date trim guide that gets distributed to suppliers as changes occur
• Maintain fabric & trim library, in partnership with design

Qualifications:

• 3 years in similar role in mens/womens wholesale or ECOM apparel company
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (other software such as Apparel Magic and Backbone desired)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a small cross functional environment
