Position Overview
Assist Head of Design and international partner in Italy within Women's Collection Footwear during all stages of the design and development process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Partner with concept, design leads, PD, merchandising and production to ensure product is designed/developed in accordance with the calendar, quality, and cost
* Responsible for assisting design lead in creating seasonal concept boards, sketching, presentation set up, detailing of product, communication with merchandising, product development and production colleagues
* Keen awareness of fashion and footwear market trends
* Strong knowledge of heritage footwear brands and footwear history
* Must be able to hand sketch and CAD
* Daily organization and must be able to keep accurate notes of meetings and product changes

excellent hand sketching and rendering Adobe/I pad excellent organizational skills
