Arddun Agency is a London-based Womenswear agency located in Shoreditch, London, specialising in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary fashion. Originally formed as a wholesale agency we have rapidly expanded to include PR in our service offering.

This is an exciting new position where the PR Executive will play an integral part in the growth of the Arddun Agency PR division. Reporting to and working closely with the PR Manager, the PR Executive will support in carrying out the following tasks:

  • Support the PR Manager with the day-to-day press, influencer, and VIP activities.
  • Develop and execute PR and influencer campaigns.
  • Proactively outreaching to media targets and stylists for potential opportunities.
  • Increase exposure of our brands through pitching to target media, focusing on digital and print in the relevant markets, whilst building on existing relationships with media and stylists.
  • Write and distribute press releases, news alerts and other PR collateral.
  • Work closely with the PR Manager to ensure the brand’s PR strategies are executed to a high level.
  • Proactively communicate with the wholesale team to keep up to date with product performance and identify potential opportunities. Whilst supporting our brand’s growth with key wholesale partners.
  • Continuously update the Global press and influencer databases and calendars.
  • Nurture relationships with key media, stylists, and influencers. Whilst keeping an awareness of new and upcoming influencers and talent, making proposals for gifting initiatives and dressing opportunities.
  • Assisting in the execution of gifting projects, including the creation of diverse target lists, overseeing gifting send-outs and tracking results.
  • Manage day-to-day sample requests from, press, stylists, influencers, and brand internal requests. Whilst keeping track of all samples and their whereabouts through our internal sample tracker.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of brand events such as new product launches, collaborations, dinners, and press days.
  • Maintain organization of all seasonal assets.
  • Monitoring and clipping all press and VIP coverage to share with the agency and brands.
  • Compile and distribute monthly coverage and activity reports.
  • Manage the PR Intern’s training and workflow. Acting as a mentor to ensure their skills are developed. Showroom sample management.

Candidate Profile:

  • BA degree (or equivalent) required, with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • A background in fashion PR with great media contacts.
  • Highly organized and time efficient, able to prioritize workflow and multitask.
  • A strong interest and understanding of the fashion industry and media titles.
  • Exceptional communications and people skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, trustworthy, a team player, flexible and professional.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
