We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team on a temporary basis until December 2023 within the South Asia Pacific Region. This role will run until December 2023 with primary responsibilities of Financial Planning and Analysis with focus on supporting close partnerships with Regional Office, Market & Function Directors and key stakeholders from Global Finance Teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support on SAPAC Region financial consolidation, weekly sales estimates, presentations to Senior Management and ad-hoc requests from Global/Zone Finance
  • Act as liaison between countries and global FP&A on financial matters and communications
  • Review and track SAPAC monthly financial performance (full P/L), flag out irregularities and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up with action plans
  • Responsible for P&L management as the financial business partner to TRADE accounts (including JV), which includes projecting forward revenue, analyzing market intelligence, sales target setting, marketing and SGA spend review and analysis at store level
  • Monitor expense spending for Regional Office and Trade accounts, and work with Hong Kong shared service centre to ensure timeliness and accuracy of expense coding
  • Drive long-range plan and annual budget on Trade's store network plans and taking into account key business drivers to forecast full P&L
  • Prepare pro-forma P&L analysis and strategic presentation to support new doors' opening in Trade
  • Act pro-actively to minimize reporting efforts and streamline processes
  • Completing ad-hoc projects that may be assigned during the course of work


Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance with international accounting qualification
  • 5-7 years of working experience (2-4 years of FP&A)
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical acumen. Proficient with mathematical modeling techniques for scenario testing and goal setting
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High level of self-management and ability to function amidst tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to extract complex data and analyze it to monitor business performance and identify trends
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


Preferred
  • Experience with Business Objects and Hyperion.
  • Luxury Retail Experience
