Part-Time Styling Assistant

Tibi is hiring a part-time Styling Assistant to support our flagship store in New York City. The Styling Assistant is responsible for assisting Senior Stylists with their clients (both in store and virtually), helping produce social media content to represent the brand, ringing clients post-appointment (both in store and virtually) and assist in educating clients on Creative Pragmatism.

Responsibilities
- Work with Senior Stylists to support their clients in-store and virtually during appointments.
- Pull consignment or client orders/requests and organize processing and shipping.
- Support in answering inquiries via social media, e-mail, and phone calls.
- Assist with processing returns and checking in consigments.
- Ability to problem solve and assist in a variety of scenarios, including: troubleshooting client deliveries, following up on client purchases, contacting clients for sensitive information, etc.
- Maintain strong product knowledge for collections and brand to assist with client inquiries.
- Assist with producing or scheduling social media to sell CP idea and Tibictionary.
- Represent the fashion and style of Tibi, embodying Creative Pragmatism.
 

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Shopify POS and Shopify Admin
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to prioritize several competing tasks at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Welcomes feedback and is coachable.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
- Proficient in Instagram
- Experience or understanding in luxury fashion departments

Pay Range: $16-$21/hr based on experience
