Moneymaker Program JACK & JONES

This program includes sales training, personal development and last but not least many opportunities to prove your sales talent on the phone in different sales situations. For our headquarters in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a Money Maker to join our JACK&JONES International Sales Team starting May 2023

You become part of the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKERS

From all over the world, different talents come together in the JACK & JONES MONEY MAKER program to be trained in Denmark to become the best sales people in our business. Together as a team you will learn to build and maintain customer relationships, work to BESTSELLER specifications and push sales to the best of your ability. You will work together with the Moneymakers from previous years and have the chance to benefit from their experience. 

Your tasks

• Constant telephone exchange with our customers and the sales team regarding product performance
• You make sure that all customers assigned to you have the best styles in stock in the right quantity and all sizes to increase sales
• Weekly meetings with Country Sales Managers regarding product focus, sales strategy and product performance. After one year of completing the program, you will be ready to spread your talent and the MONEY MAKER mentality to the market in Austria!
• During the Moneymaker program you will have the chance to work on your personality and international experience together - this is also part of your job.

Your profile

• A strong sales talent, preferably with a background in the fashion industry, through which you have already acquired a solid knowledge of the product
• You are willing to live and work in Denmark for at least one year.
• You have the desire to get in touch with your MONEY MAKER team and colleagues from our international business.

• You enjoy working independently and growing into a role where initiative is essential for success
• You are a results-driven individual with a strong sense of daily business
