Content, Social Media & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant to support the Senior PR and Comms Manager across all areas of Marketing and Press with a focus on Content and Social Media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a keen interest in content creation and social media. This is a fantastic, hands-on and creative role within a friendly team with a real chance of progression within an expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content for social media channels in line with the Brand Marketing Calendar
• Create graphics for social media channels
• Monitoring of all social media channels, predominately Instagram
• Take ownership of sample management, including send-outs, returns and management of the sample cupboard
• Support the Senior PR Manager with VIP and influencer gifting strategy
• Support the team with press events and brand activations
• Monitor press coverage and collate monthly press reports
• Assist in planning and executing all photo shoots
• Support the Senior Comms Manager on all photo shoot planning and execution

Key skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing (Instagram reels, creating GIFs)
• Photography is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and evolving trends
• Creative thinker
