Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the multifaceted world of Revenue Flow, encompassing data analysis to identify trends and point out issues, forecasting and trackingWholesale Prebook fill rates, working closely with regional Customer Services and Sales, as well as continuing to build and enhance our reports and dashboards in the Microstrategy Reporting tool (SAP BI / Global Insight). The role will encourage the development of a holistic view of the Wholesale end-to-end process from buying to shipment involving harmonization between many different departments such as Customer Services, FP&A, Sales, IMO, and Logistics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain accurate fulfilment forecasts (ie Customer Service, Credit Control, Sales, FP&A)
* Create and track KPIs for customer order release, cancellations, and stock availability
* Report on and present KPIs to key stakeholders
* Analytical support to provide consolidated Fulfilment reports to finance & senior management
* Enhance senior management visibility of seasonal performance, forecasts, and fulfilment key metrics
* Analytical support and enhancement of the customer delivery forecasting process
* Development and maintenance of analytical tools (SAP BI/Global Insight) in Microstrategy
* Training of regional and local teams in Microstrategy tools to incorporate self-service model
* Analytical support for ad-hoc queries from key stakeholders related to fulfilment and revenue forecasting
* Continuous development of skillsets. Either soft skills (ie communication) or technical skills
* Adopt a positive attitude in every circumstance. Work in a team-oriented manner
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Analytical mindset with high level of numeracy
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ideally with experience in Power Query, Power Pivots
* Comfortable working with large sets of data and condensing information into easily understandable charts
* Proficiency in Microstrategy or other database software to build and create reports
* Innovative mindset with the skill to review and optimize analytics to continually improve
* Excellent organizational skills.Aptitude to prioritize, meet deadlines
* Comfortable in communicating and presenting
* Accurate and rigorous
* Team-orientated and positively minded
* High level of English, other languages an asset
