ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE OFFICER (PARIS)

Reporting to the General Manager to help the development of the agency, the company is recruiting an Administrative & Financial Manager F/M.

Accounting and Financial Management:

- Supervise the accounting and tax services (6 people),

- Coordinate the relationship with the accounting firm,

- Develop, monitor financial budgets and produce periodic reports,

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and planning,

- Supervise accounting and tax declarations,

- Monitor cash flows, manage and analyse streams. Centralize the monitoring of group and subsidiary cash by establishing cash pooling between group companies,

- Set up analytical accounting including analysis and exploitation of the results obtained for strategic decision-making. Analysis of the balance sheet items in order to optimize the result,

- Develop and implement internal audits

- Monitor the financial KPIs of the subsidiaries,

- Monitor compliance with the group's accounting and financial planning within the subsidiaries,

- Set up, monitor and use activity evaluation tools.

Administrative management :

- Improve administrative management and accounting monitoring procedures, financial processes, homogenization of processes for the various sites: Paris Milan and Amsterdam,

- Develop and implement dashboards to advise operational actions,

- Manage the various contracts and the various conventions to guarantee their respect within the legislative and/or regulatory framework,

- Ensure the administrative management of insurance policies,

- Follow the files of legal secretary tasks with the agency’s legal department team.

Miscellaneous: take part in team dynamics, and in local and international events of the organization.
