Senior Producer

JBP is a fast-scaling business, and we are looking for a Senior Producer who is excited about being part of that and growing with the company. The Senior Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end management, from initial concept to execution, of exceptional events. We are looking for a candidate that has a background working within an agency setting with a wide variety of clients including corporate and private with a focus on luxury and fashion. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who is confident innovating and able to deliver to an exceptionally high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Producer to play a key role in the development and expansion of JBP.

 

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management, including client liaison, budget management, and supplier management
  • Working closely with the Creative Team to reach a client’s vision within their budget requirements
  • Precisely planning and managing the budget and costs associated with each event
  • Creating, developing, and effectively communicating schedules and deliverables for each event
  • From pre-production through to the event wrap up Providing a post-event report for each project
  • Managing/ mentoring one junior member of the team
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Cultivating excellent relationships with clients  

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in event production
  • The ideal candidate has a background working within an agency setting with a wide variety of clients
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the luxury market
  • Knowledge of what is required for a high-end event for corporate, fashion and private clients
  • A ‘black book’ of industry contacts in London and elsewhere
  • Strong relationships with industry suppliers
  • A preference for someone who has international experience High EQ, the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Discreet, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication skills Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, meeting the standards of the most particular clients
  • Confident in pitching writing and presenting ideas clearly, both internally and externally
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable with their working approach in order to work to tight deadlines and changing requirements
  • Strong MS Skills, especially Excel
