Vestiaire Collective is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Conversion Collective in Paris, Berlin or Lisbon

About the role

Join our Conversion Collective to work in one of its squads. As a part of it, you'll build and deliver the best possible testing framework and practices to help

• design the relevant testing strategy for the product releases
• increase the test coverage on both Front End platforms(web and mobile APPs) and Backend APIs supporting them
• improve the performance and scalability of our multi platform test suites

Our cool functional environment is made of a website + an application on both Android and iOS for the front office, and several internal tools in the back office.

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer, able to bring his expertise on both automation and manual testing activities.
As a member of the QA chapter and the Conversion collective you will be the guarantor of the quality of the deliverables in your scope from their conception to their release.

What you'll be doing

• Adapt and keep updated your test plan (strategy, test cases, dataset, automation,...)
• Help the product team in defining the most qualitative product to meet the business needs
• Iteratively and daily test the product developed by your feature team
• Participate in the automation effort of the global scope of the team tests (implementation of new tests, maintenance of existing, run suites, analyse results,...)
• Bring your own experience and skills to continuously improve our working processes
• Collaborate across Product & Engineering to shift testing left
• Create and maintain functional documentation

Who you are

• You have at least 3 years of relevant QA work experience
• You have the strong logical ability and analytical skills
• You have a strong business sensitivity and understand the importance of delivering a great product to the end-users
• You are skilled in UX/UI testing but also in API testing and DB querying
• You are experienced in web UI and API test automation (Cypress, postman). Appium is a nice to have for Apps automation
• You know Javascript programming language. Typescript is a plus
• You have a strong knowledge of different type of tests (unit, contract, end to end, functional, regression)
• You are autonomous and a fast-learner, a problem solver with great communication skills, a positive attitude, a team spirit and empathy
