About the role

We are hiring a PR & Influence Marketing Senior Associate, APAC. This is a full-time role based out of Singapore reporting to the Head of Marketing, APAC. A highly driven and motivated senior associate to support our APAC Marketing & Communications team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, this is the role for you!

The right candidate will have a proven track record of establishing performance-driven communication programs with a digital focus that resonate with key audiences. They will possess the ability to influence and support communications colleagues across the region and to work with broad stakeholder groups from all levels of the organization will also be vital. The candidate will need excellent communications skills in English, writing ability, initiative, and a talent for collaboration. He/ she should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines. Creativity, flexibility and the ability to work under time pressure are a must for this role.

The job scope involves growing our Brand audience and positioning via: PR, influencers and other creative branding media

What you'll do
  • Define Regional PR/Influencers Strategy & manage activations across our APAC markets - Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. Coordinate with marketing lead in South Korea for any synergies
  • PR
    • Define regional PR calendar - aligned with key company moments local opportunities and global requirements
    • Assess interview opportunities and provide guidance on angle, speaking heads & responses. Coordinate discussions and preparations as needed for all secured interviews and features
    • Define Pitching and creative social concepts for each story across Corporate & Consumer angles
    • Manage PR Events when required - supporting with budget monitoring, negotiating costs, timeline management and management of all external parties (agency, influencers, press)
    • Manage & Lead Agency Weekly Meetings with Agenda & Targets to accomplish
    • Build and maintain relationships with Regional Press & Publications
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Define and manage regional influence marketing calendar
    • Manage shared influencer budget, negotiation and develop data driven Return on Investment approach
    • Manage APAC Ambassador program, including identifying and pitching for potential ambassadors, defining activation calendar and relationship management
    • Identify Talents and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives to support APAC business growth
    • Be the voice of APAC to align on global influencer campaigns and activations
    • Support Coordinator on briefing calls with influencers & reporting
    • Ensure the successful execution of influencer activations through coordination of negotiations, invoicing, purchase orders and successful payments
  • Coordination
    • Manage internal liaison with Campaign & CRM team to ensure alignment across all social campaigns
    • Support Customer Activations to ensure optimal brand storytelling while touching on 360 touchpoint to maximize ROI - managing timeline of all production & assets required for execution, any agency management when required

Who you are
  • 3-5 years of experience in a PR/Marketing role (preferably from Tech/FMCG/Fashion)
  • Media contacts across Corporate, Consumer & Sustainability
  • Strong organizational skills, results driven and detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in managing agencies across the region
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly driven, self motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
  • Plus if you can speak any of the following languages : Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese.
