This position is to support real estate team on all retail store network development related job. Manage real estate related process management, coordination, admin support and database update. Coordinate with different departments internally. Deliver A+ job with real estate team together.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):

New store/ Renewal/ Relocation/ Closure related work

• Prepare all store opening, renewal, relocation and closure report
• Prepare store P&L
• Submit SIF deck in the system and follow up
• Submit CAF deck in the system and follow up
• Collect and consolidate all store opening, renewal, relocation and closure information for bi-weekly meeting
• Communicate and coordinate with other teams, e.g. retail sales & operations team, finance team, legal team and store project team, etc.

Database management and maintenance

• Manage lease contract and document
• In charge of store lease information database, update regularly

Business license application

• In charge of business license application
• Coordinate with legal department

SOX audit

• Support internal and external audit

Other

• Prepare pre-budget rent/management fee
• In charge of chopping process
• Other ad-hoc tasks from line manager
