Education:
- The Assistant Manager/Manager will lead Tommy Hilfiger retail store business analysis and take charge of PVH China reporting (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger), support multi-brand holistic review, provide comprehensive and meaningful insights to support business decisions, ensure maximized interest of the Company/Stakeholders from Finance perspective.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Closely work with TH retail/consignment store team, to complete monthly forecast/annual budget/long-term planning for TH retail store channel (full P&L)
- Closely work with RE and store team to conduct TH store portfolio analysis, incl. track new store opening vs. forecast, set up reasonable guardrail for new store opening, uplift new opening quality
- Deliver accurate and timely CK and TH consolidated reports to local management and regional FP&A team
- Support PVH China (CK and TH) holistic business review, including but not limited to Management Meeting Review Deck, to drive efficient and effective cross-channel reporting and facilitate decision-making
- Work with CK marketing team to complete monthly forecast/annual budget/long-term planning for CK marketing and track marketing expense results vs. target
- Ad hoc projects and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- 7+ years working experience including 5+ years FP&A experience in MNC of Retail or FMCG
- Retail store related FP&A working experience is preferred
- Experience of preparing management review deck is a plus
Skills:
- Proven analysis skills and be financially and economically literate
- Familiar with planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Solid excel and PPT skills
- Fluent English
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting related majors
