Job Details

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Execute all activities related to Zegna Communities management, from database maintenance and calendar planning to gifting coordination, ensuring follow-up and monitoring the results of initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution of Zegna Communities gifting:
  • Support in the activities related to gifting for VIP clients and other Zegna Community members
  • Follow up on impact of the related initiatives to ensure that VIP picked up the gift in store and that all newly learn qualitative insights have been captures on clienteling app
  • Generate report with performance of initiatives
  • Support in writing personalized emails for in VIP clients
Maintain and enrich Zegna Communities database:
  • Keep all VIP details up to date
  • Enlarge database by collecting leads generated by trips of Zegna top management
Communication calendar:
  • Execute on VIP clients calendar and other Zegna communities initiatives by providing lists of recipients in line with strategy laid out by Head of Consumer Engagement
  • Work with marketing/content team to ensure that content is ready when agreed as per editorial/communication calendar

BACKGROUND AND PRINVIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 1 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the Retail environment
