The Role

This is your opportunity to become an integral part of HOKA’s Retail journey. You'll join us as the Store Manager to our first HOKA Store in Europe, located in Central London.

You’ll take ownership to lead and develop a high-performing team who share the HOKA culture, vision, and mission. Together you will engage our customers and strengthen business results.

Your Impact

  • Strive for the highest level of customer service that you and your team can achieve Work towards set sales targets and manage your store’s costs As a people manager, take an active part in recruiting, training, development, and coaching your team Collaborate with our Marketing team to help facilitate instore events, connect with local communities, and deliver best in class experiences Think omni by seamlessly connecting the website and socials to the store and vice versa, helping to drive sign ups and followers Prioritize regular brand and product knowledge training Develop store strategies to enhance the customer experience and expand traffic Take a proactive approach to understanding your market beyond the store Manage inventory and partner with head office partners to meet the needs of your market

  • A natural communicator who conveys the HOKA and Deckers Brands vision and mission You have the leadership skills needed to manage a team You’re well organized and proactively and efficiently coordinates your resources You’re a problem solver who pro-actively works through challenges You show passion for Running, Fitness and the Outdoors Industry and you make a genuine connection to the HOKA vision and mission

We Would Love to Hear From People With:

  • Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment Agility and flexibility to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications
