Studio Nicholson Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Description

 

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing the marketing plan with a focus on social media and email to support company objectives, sales goals and protect and promote the brand identity. You will support the marketing team on all areas of the digital marketing strategy, including working closely with the digital advertising agency and creating reports.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Report directly to the Marketing Director
  • Assist with driving strategic customer acquisition and retention across all digital platforms with a focus on CRM, social media and email.
  • Support on populating the marketing calendar with social and email activity, creatives and previews
  • Implement the social and mailer activity schedule, working with PR, merchandising, E-commerce and Editor, including imagery selection for each tactic.
  • Create and schedule customer mailers using Klaviyo and Shopify+ platforms 3-4 per week
  • Create and schedule Instagram stories and secondary social channels from Monday to Sunday
  • Create blog posts
  • Attend marketing, PR and digital marketing agency meetings, ensuring agenda points are addressed and recording issues for further following up.
  • Create weekly digital marketing reports for analysis (focusing on social and mailers)
  • Create monthly marketing report and other marketing in-depth reports for the team and the board when needed 
  • Work closely with digital marketing agency operations, including providing all assets, links and ad copy
  • Segment email database and create campaigns and flows
  • Oversee CRM loyalty program 
  • Implement the visual merchandising for new collections on the website

 

 

Experience in the following highly desirable:

  • Shopify, GA/GA4, Klaviyo, Photoshop, Growave
  • After Effect, InDesign, Later (or alternative scheduling tool)
