We are looking for someone who

  • Will be the key contact for marketing activity throughout Europe and support the Senior Brand & Media Manager for activity in all European countries.
  • Is a cross functional leader, able to engage and collaborate with internal teams (local and global) to align overall strategy and goals and deliver collaborative projects from conception through to launch.
  • Has a deep knowledge in running 360 marketing campaigns, from strategy development and building briefs, to tactical execution (including AV, digital, social, print and out-of-home).
  • Has a deep understanding of the social media landscape and experience in establishing high performing and creative social media strategies; campaigns that build, nurture and maintain brand, whilst simultaneously understanding performance social strategies.
  • Has a native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, mobile, video and display and an ability to tell stories regardless of medium.
  • Has a proven track record of creative thinking and developing out of the box ideas for premium fashion, retail, and/or lifestyle brands.
  • Has experience with content shoots and events, from development and creative ideation through to planning and shoot/event execution.
  • Can effectively communicate to various stakeholders, including internal teams and executives, agencies, and external partners, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Is a creative & pro-active problem-solver, who works to mitigate, manage and minimize roadblocks and challenges that could impact project delivery.
  • Is confident working in a fast-paced environment and is an effective collaborator in a multifaceted function working at speed; confidently able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Will act as the main point of contact with local media agency for day-to-day media activation, queries, feedback, requests & reports.
  • Will maintain the ongoing Paid Social calendar and schedule in line with Global guidance and market requirements.
  • Be a brand ambassador in all external partner relations, nurturing existing and building new relationships with external partners to champion Coach and deliver new opportunities.
  • Manage budget & invoicing process for Coach Brand & Media Marketing, ensuring all spend is in line with budget frameworks and managed timely, and correctly trafficked from quote to payment.
  • Maintain brand guardianship for CE partners ensuring the Coach footprint is consistent at every level.
  • Manage the Brand & Media Coordinator including task delegation, management of output and line-manager responsibility.


The accomplished individual will possess...
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience working independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of digital and social media landscape and experience in planning and deploying multi-platform campaigns.
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics platform.
  • A keen interest and knowledge of new platforms, technologies, brand experiences, brand campaigns and innovations within the online and offline landscape.
  • Experience of working in a global company/brand and/or online startup.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and take initiative.
  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
