Job Details

Reporting to the Manager Client Experience UK & Ireland, the Client Events Specialist is responsible for coordinating all in-store, off-site events and virtual client events, with an emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences, including High Jewelry events and all client gestures/gifting.

This individual will support the Manager Client Experience and the wider market managing the production and coordination of all client related events in the market, in service of achieving Tiffany's key results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Client Experience team and retail partners on executing all instore & off-site events for local market
  • Support the development and execution of new and creative ideas to animate stores in market (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, off-site events , product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs
  • Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach
  • Execute overarching client actions strategy
  • Support the Client Experience Manager in the execution of client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders
  • Work with production companies, agencies and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy
  • Support new product launches, High Jewelry roadshows, and ad hoc product events
  • Liaise key store contacts to ensure smooth-running of all event elements
  • Manage and coordinate event logistics (invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel)
  • Develop communications to Retail
  • Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy
  • Support sourcing out new and different vendors with a high taste level appropriate to the Tiffany aesthetic
  • Maintain relationships with vendor to secure quotes, day to day communication, walkthroughs, onsite production, and execution
  • Manage agendas, recaps and calendars for all events
  • Create and manage regional calendar of client actions/events
  • Develop agreements and tracking of invoices, ensuring alignment with Finance and timely compensation of vendors
  • Maintain contact database


Qualifications:
  • Must currently hold authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
  • 3+ years of event coordination experience
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile
  • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in client events
  • Relevant local market experience
  • Luxury industry experience preferred
