Execute on Oasi 2.0 experience with the goal of growing VIP visitors, acting as the local responsible for coordinating and executing the Oasi Experiences that Zegna will arrange with their VIP clients.


Execute on Oasi 2.0 experience with the goal of growing VIP visitors:
  • Manage calendar of local activities
  • Organize 1-0-1 trips of guests
  • Coordinate local outsourced guides
  • Ensure that key consumer insights are passed on to markets and provide support to customer advisor in develop delighting action plan for the mid term
  • Meet & greet client and ensure all is ready for VIP visit
  • Manage flow of post visit gifts
  • Support and hold local markets accountable for local dinners as well as "pick up in store" follow-ups
  • Luxury sensitivity & clienteling approach
  • Project Management
  • Event planning
  • High flexibility and reactivity
  • Availability to work also at night and in the weekends when required
  • Good communication skills
  • Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the Retail environment
  • University Degree (preferably Business Administration or Marketing)
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Availability to attend business trips


The Ermenegildo Zegna Group is a leading luxury menswear brand and one of the most renowned businesses in Italy. The purchase represents a decisive step for the Zegna company, reconfirming its longstanding support of the wool industry and completing its verticalization strategy.
