We are looking for a Manager Group Strategy (m/f/d) to strengthen our Group Strategy & Corporate Development Team.

What you can expect:

  • You continuesly develop a savvy & competitive company strategy
  • You systematically detect early disruptive actions in the highly-competitive market, analysing their strategic relevance and ease of implementation in the company
  • You support the implementation of company strategy via the project portfolio with fact based and transparent decisions
  • You identify areas of growth and business opportunities for the company while evaluating their relevant implementation proposals
  • You provide fact-based solutions to aid the top management's decision-making
  • You promote/use a broad range of analytical tasks (e.g. quantitative & qualitative market research, competitor & customer analysis) both within and outside the fashion & luxury goods industry


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor or master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
  • Min. 2-3years of relevant professional experience (retailer company, consumer brand company or strategy consultancy)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interested in digitalisation and innovation
  • Passion for new challenges and team player
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
  • Excellent written and spoken in English
