We are looking for a Manager Global Content Production (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. You would like to become part of a dynamic and motivated team? You also love challenges and fashion? Then join our team!

What you can expect:

  • Leading content production of medium size campaigns with global reach
  • Planning, execution and delivery of marketing creative assets of single content production within Global Content Production team across Consumer and Commercial marketing channels
  • Oversee the alignment of deliverables within responsibility across all projects, collaborating across channels to ensure optimum workflow of projects; responsible for the prioritization, resource & budget allocation, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and push forward BOSS identity
  • Primary day-to-day contact with BOSS Internal Creative departments, external agency partners, Brand Creative Head ofs, Commercial and Consumer channel team members, and Production and Studio team
  • Develop and lead continuous improvement for end-to-end processes and new planning processes and templates
  • Supporting role during major global campaigns


Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house content production team, demonstrating cross-functional understanding and impact of creative asset development
  • University degree in Business and/or relevant field of study
  • Experience in the fashion/apparel industry a plus
  • Network of industry experts and partners
  • Knowledge of all phases and workstreams of creative asset development: briefing, concept ideation, creative, design development, planning, production and commercial
  • Strong communication skills and strong knowledge of conflict management and negotiation
  • Proactive mindset to drive team development
  • Up to 30% international and domestic travel required
  • Fluent in English required, 2nd language a plus
