Maintenance Mechanic-Experienced

This position will be responsible for coordinating and performing in-house project/fabrication work. In addition, this position will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of process and building equipment and will assist in the completion, implementation and management of the Preventative Maintenance Program, parts inventory and the maintenance of the Building Management System.

Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for position, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite. Promote safety by making suggestions for improvement and promptly reporting all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor/manager.

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all process and building equipment including but not limited to AVAC, plumbing, process piping, wastewater treatment, electrical and lighting. Assist in the maintenance/management of the Building Management System.

Assist in the completion, implementation and management of the Preventative Maintenance Program. Perform preventative maintenance on all process and building equipment in accordance with the program. Test and inspect all emergency and life safety systems to meet FM, NFPA, OSHA and all agency standards and guidelines.
