Inventory Coordinator

General Summary:

Best support sales plan achievement and market initiatives by planning inventory within China.

Responsibilities:

Product allocation and rebalance

• Ensure the most effective inventory level through product allocation and rebalance according to target stock and trends.

• Review target stock and adjust accordingly. Share feedback with global team on it.

• Communication stores' inventory need for better allocation decisions.

Daily merchandise inquires

• Consolidate sold order / back order among different platforms and coordinate with global and different markets.

• Facility different kinds of employee sales

Inventory report preparation

• Inventory analysis for weekly reports and different projects

• Ad-hoc reports

Cross-functional Support

• Support on new store opening, new product launch, marketing campaign, mid-range jewelry Caravan, shopping mall event.

• Support other departments on various projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
  
• 3+ years of experience in luxury / retail supply chain function
  
• With good logic and analytical thinking, smooth communication with different functions and willing to support
  
• Travel within the country
