Business&Financial Controller

JOB PURPOSE

To support in the Financial Planning process, sales analysis and managerial reporting. To have a deep understanding of the financial and operational performance of the area and business indicators in compliance with policies, standards and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports in the research and collection of the information required to prepare the Financial Budget and Forecast for both Sales and Overheads;
• Analyzes the Turnover by Store, Product, Category on a weekly basis;
• Coordinates Stores Sales Target on a monthly basis;
• Supports the Retail Merchandisers and Retail Operation through regular analysis related to turnover, product, customer and prices
• Assists in the creation of Business Plans for new projects such as store openings, restyling and relocations;
• Analyzes the P&L statements by store/area.
• Prepares reports and analyzes the Overheads of the subsidiary for each single cost center and cost nature and monitors the respect to budget objectives
   

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in Economics
2-3 year experience in this role at international corporations

Very good knowledge of the English language

Good knowledge of the Office package
High degree of autonomy

Good relational skills

Ability to interact with all levels of employees
