Position Overview
The Digital Site Operation Manager (Digital Assets ) will partner with the Senior Manager on strategy and decision making for the Digital Assets team and workflows. You are the Subject Matter Expert in everything relating to product data flow and are a point of escalation for cross functional enquiries and issues. You ensure the team is on track against critical paths for our BAU processes, as well as supplying ad hoc reporting and resolution. Coaching and training junior team members and collaborating with senior team members on best practice and process improvements. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the team are % product live vs product in inventory, as well as quality of product data. Thus, ensuring that all products have imagery, copy, translations, pricing, etc. is the core pillar that supports all digital trading activities throughout EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa). To this end, the constant improvement of our systems of both data management and reporting is necessary. You will collaborate with teams across Studio, IT (Information Technology), site teams as well as colleagues within the Digital Trading team to lead these improvements to reduce manual effort and perfect efficiency and accuracy. This role is based in London, UK.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure team are working to Critical Path timelines
* Identify and initiate projects to address systemic problems inhibiting data flow from buying and planning teams
* Mentor junior team members on data flow process and systems
* Engage cross functional teams to implement and adopt process improvements Further Responsibilities
* Full understanding of our data landscape; the challenges, processes, and potential areas for improvement
* Set the tone for communication of asset readiness to all key stakeholders.
* Escalate asset issues within the finance and planning teams to ensure we have the assortment to deliver sales.
* Responsible for leading team in maintaining 98% assets live vs inventory for all channels.
* Provide key reporting to wider team including leadership on key product data KPIs and projects
* Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members when working cross functionally
* Work with teams responsible for data sources (copy, translations, imagery) on any systemic issues, identifying root cause and suggesting/implementing solutions.
* Regularly review manual tasks and resource model to ensure the level of work is within resource capabilities. Consistently drive automation improvements to
* eliminate manual tasks.
* Work with peers in VM team to identify gaps in knowledge and suggest process improvements, training or reporting to fill the gaps.
* Partner with key stakeholders to improve brand and site expression to ensure we always have premium execution.
* Oversee price management process for all countries.
* Understand and defend team level of effort balanced with requests from internal data 'customers.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 4+ full strategic cycles experience in similar role.
* An e-commerce enthusiast with proven experience in a retail environment.
* Demonstrated skills in managing team members and output.
* Ability to coach junior team members.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to present to various levels and lead team updates
* Intuitive and uses initiative.
* A willingness to get stuck in and learn.
* Passion to work in a luxury fashion brand.
