Position Overview:

For our agile Data, AI and Analytics team, Tiffany is looking for a Manager of the Advanced analytics chapter to manage one data science resource and support the design, build and industrialization of Machine Learning, advanced analytics and other automations leveraging data within the business areas of CRM, Supply Chain, Digital, Media... Examples of possible use cases include customer segmentation, product recommendation, demand forecast, demand sensing, pricing optimization, churn prediction, customer comments understanding, and R&D topics… The candidate Data science manager will integrate a Center Of Excellence made of a Digital Analytics Manager, and a Business and Client Intelligence manager, partnering closely with them in delivering data solutions to the broader enterprise.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Source and Management third party for advanced analytics
  • Manage a data scientist to support on the daily operations
  • Liaise and represent Tiffany in the data science community of LVMH in Paris
  • Problem framing and requirement intake from business departments
  • Technical guidance on data management, preparation and engineering
  • Exploratory data analysis, assessment of use case and confirmation of business impact
  • Design and implementation of innovative Machine Learning models
  • Contribute to the test framework and statistical significance assessment
  • Data visualization, doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Industrialization of models within a MLOps-like framework

Qualifications:
  • Senior profile (7 to 10 years of experience), Graduated in Master or PhD in Machine Learning related fields, you are attracted by AI innovation, as well as to AI application for driving business value
  • Have managed one or more resources, internal or external
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in Data Science and Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised learning algorithms, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Time series forecast, Reinforcement Learning)
  • A strong scientific dimension (mathematics, statistics, probability, optimization, etc.)
  • Experience on ML projects in Luxury, Retail, e-commerce or Supply context

The hiring range for this position ranges from $129,625 - $183,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
