Job Description:

Full time credit controller responsible for full management of invoicing and payments of our wholesale business, reporting to finance controller.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Full management of the sales ledger from reviewing invoices to chasing for payment and reconciling all accounts, consisting of 150 clients Manage the bank account ensuring all transactions are understood and posted on a regular basis Monitor incoming cashflow New and existing client risk assessment

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience working with global customers with proven track record of results is essential, minimum 3 years.  Within fashion would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, other languages would be advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales tax
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • High levels of personal motivation, a positive attitude
  • SAGE 50 or equivalent experience is essential
