General Summary:
The Digital Designer will work together with Design Hub to support Tiffany Greater China Communications Department. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Omni-Channel to develop new digital experiences and to optimize and maintain our existing EC platforms. This will involve UI/UX design skills, as well as design (PS/AI/INDD) skills, basic project management and presentation skills.
You should have a strong understanding of the China digital/social landscape and the EC marketplace and be able to co-work with both external agencies and internal cross functional teams.
An essential part of your scope is also to maintain the overall art direction and graphical standards for all TCO China digital projects (socials, EC, CRM etc). The Digital Designer is expected to have an elevated level of design sense and taste. Luxury background is not a necessity, but strong graphic design experience is a must.
Written English proficiency is expected as this role may have some level of interaction with global creatives but spoken is not necessarily required.
The Digital Designer is an independent thinker and doer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions to help push the Tiffany brand forward.

Responsibilities:
UI/UX design thinking and execution
- Think through scalable design concepts maintaining Tiffany & Co. luxury brand identity and character, as well as hands-on, precision-oriented User Interface design.
- Be independently motivated to run and execute basic campaigns across local platforms, whilst running quality control on each touchpoint.
- Spearhead creative brainstorms to generate impactful content and activations for maximum engagement and growth. This also includes working closely with relevant teams to understand to gain insight on performance on regular basis to be nimble and effective with content and campaign strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional groups: Marketing Team , E-commerce teams, Operations, Retail team, PR, CRM, etc. Communicate with all teams during various stages of project development.
- Manage the creative vendors and p rovide direction to external designers, art directors, photographers and retouchers.
- Assist Creative Director in keeping abreast of latest technologies and local marketing trends.
Advocate
- For global/central developed assets, review and provide constructive feedback to polish the work, making sure the assets to be relevant and effective for local markets.
- W ork closely with regional marketing and local markets to inspire creativity, align strategy and ensure smooth communication with global creative team.

- Help manage and generate strategy and creative for all projects involved.
Qualifications:
- College degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Greater China region .
- Highest taste level, standards and keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to execute complicated projects
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Must be able to manage large work flow within time constraints.
- Ability to manage agency partners and ensure alignment of brand standards
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage large work flow within time constraints
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX, photo art direction/styling, digital marketing and social content creation
- Able to understand technical, artistic and design issues, and clearly distill and communicate issues to key stakeholders
- Computer skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive
- Able to work alone with minimal direction, as well as part of a larger team
- Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a team player
- Solid knowledge of luxury brands a plus
