This role in training/learning team is to support the retail community to build future capabilities. The vision is aligned with business, the brand and people ambitions, as well as serve the Tiffany business development.
  • To engage, develop and inspire retail employees and company staff through effective training prioritizing to share this passion with their customers as ambassadors and ahead of the market to transmit Brand Heritage, product expertise and stay relevant with clients
  • Influence the attitudes and mindsets of the retails teams with a focus on driving sales, developing clientele, meeting and exceeding the client experience objective of Tiffany in every touch point.
  • Develop and reinforce the store learning culture by working closely with retail coach and store learning manager, to stimulate the momentum of coaching and to ensure that the sales staff are applying principles, knowledge and skills they have learnt in classroom at the POS
  • Jewelry Expertise Development and elevate the level of store management, specialists & Expertise CAs to provide our clients a luxury & personalized selling and service experience.
