The Visual Merchandising (VM) Market Specialist role is responsible for leveraging and adapting VM initiatives to drive business results in their dedicated Market - including in-store, events, exhibitions and new store openings - while enhancing the Tiffany & Co. brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality. The role will partner closely with the retail teams and regional stakeholders to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum and is responsible for leveraging and adapting VM initiatives to drive business results in their dedicated Market - including in-store, events, exhibitions and new store openings - while enhancing the Tiffany & Co. brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality. They will partner closely with the retail teams and regional stakeholders to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum. This role reports to the Retail Director and has a functional reporting line to CVM Manager - South Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising

• Partner with Regional CVM/Merchandising teams and retail stakeholders to align on collection placement strategy in market and implement floorplan moves by pairing with the Retail teams.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to the effectiveness of floor plan moves.
• Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with Retail teams to identify any VM collateral needs and market specific opportunities.
• Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on training plans for VM standards. Track the effectiveness of company product initiatives that are highlighted within the caseline and creative fixtures and share with Regional and Market stakeholders.

Creative Campaigns

• Deliver Global VM campaign direction to support Market initiatives and to drive traffic to stores.
• Ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation.
• Provide input and needs of creative campaign to the regional VM team to support their ordering process, logistics and installation for all stores.
• Compile all requests for damages, missing collateral and any changes to the creative orders to the regional VM team for placement with global teams.
• Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on creative campaign installation and maintenance training plans. Track and share the effectiveness of creative campaigns.

In-Store Environments & Retail Activations

• Assist in driving traffic into stores by partnering with Regional and Market stakeholders to leverage Global VM in-store environment and retail activation programs, such as seasonal floral arrangements or photo call moments.
• Communicate and partner with regional stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management and implementation. Review business impact and effectiveness of the initiative with Regional and Market stakeholders.

Events
• Partner with Market stakeholders to leverage Global CVM event direction to support Market initiatives.
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection where applicable.
Operations
• Partner with the Regional Snr. VM specialist liaising with vendors in-market, including in-store display needs, onboarding procedures, (when applicable) and invoice management.
• Manage in-market logistics for VM-related collateral
• Collaborate with the Regional Snr. VM specialist to continue developing and maintaining the network of VM in-store ambassadors.

New Store Openings and Renovations
• Identify and communicate VM components required for new store openings and renovations within Partner Regional and Market stakeholders on the ordering, and installing of all VM collateral and creatives.
• Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on pre- and post-opening training plans.
• Review the business impact and effectiveness of the new store implementation and share ongoing updates as needed with Regional and Market stakeholders.
• Work with Market stakeholders on VM-related small works projects.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas- preferably luxury retail
  • Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers
  • Vendor and project management experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ambitious, flexible, out-going, enthusiastic
  • Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to groups
  • Flexible in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
  • Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Working proficiency in English and market language/s
