You are an engineer with strong foundational knowledge of infrastructure and problem solver at heart. You love to architect and design cloud solutions, problem solve, support a global team and partner with the business. Automation is in everything you do and you always have security in mind. You like to balance between a mix of project work and on-going operations support. You never shy away from a technical challenge. You're also resourceful and collaborative and remain calm under pressure and you always value a sense of humor!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be designing, implementing, or providing day-to-day administrative support for our Cloud environment. These services include kubernetes, microservices, compute, storage, bigquery, and more in a multi-cloud environment. The role acts as point person for cloud infrastructure service delivery and must collaborate heavily with third party providers, international operations and service delivery teams as well as the applications teams. You will define cloud techonology standards and build automation to deliver new technologies. You use oberservability tools to build system insights and proactively identify/remediate problems. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:

• Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Azure, and GCP experience preferred
• Understand infrastructure as code using tools like packer and terraform
• Build and support CI/CD platform
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Client management skills to discuss systems as needed
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer
• BS in Engineering or Computer Science or commensurate work experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• Retail Industry experience is a plus
