What you can expect:

• Support the development of the HUGO BOSS equity story with the aim of achieving a long-term increase in shareholder value
• Relationship management with sell-side analysts, institutional investors and private shareholders
• Organization and execution of IR-related events (e.g. roadshows, conferences and Capital Market Days) as well as support of projects relevant to the capital market
• Support the preparation of content for capital market communications, including strategic, financial and operational topics
• Regular analysis of market expectations and active management of the consensus process using technological platforms
• Analysis of topics relevant to the capital market, as well as continuous monitoring of stock market developments with a strong focus on the HUGO BOSS share price
• Responsibility for strengthening and further developing market intelligence at HUGO BOSS with a strong operational and financial focus on the relevant competitive landscape

Your profile:

• Successfully completed business studies (bachelor's/master's degree), ideally with a focus on finance, corporate strategy, corporate communications or similar
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the area of Investor Relations, or a similar function with capital market relevance
• Strong interest in the stock market and confident handling of topics relevant to the capital market
• Analytical and structured approach to work as well as conceptual skills; experience in gathering, processing and evaluating industry and competitive information
• Strong ability to translate strategic, financial and operational topics into statements, reports and presentations compatible with both external and internal stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge regarding IR-relevant software solutions
• Convincing communication skills (written and oral) in both German and English
