What you can expect:

  • Coordinate and conduct trainings of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of staff such as onboarding, company profile, customer service & selling techniques, basic product, train-thetrainer and HR related topics
  • Identify training needs of the retail store teams, measure and evaluate training results as well as recommend changes to improve the training effectiveness
  • Review, adapt if necessary and prepare training materials in alignment with Global Training to meet local market needs
  • Work closely with the retail team to implement training plans and to reinforce customer excellence service experience and work in partnership with Global Training to implement training strategies of the HUGO BOSS University across your market
  • Provide timely support and coaching to sales staff at all levels
  • Monitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet corporate standard and to ensure applied knowledge will put into practice (transfer of learning)
  • Maintain training system & records. Produce timely & accurate reports to keep track of the training effectiveness
  • Be a role model and provide necessary tools and techniques to facilitate effective learning


Your profile:

  • The ideal candidate is dynamic and has a demonstrated passion for helping others learn and grow. The candidate is a role model in customer service excellence, quality execution and respectful cooperation. They are flexible enough to work effectively in a team, with different personalities, as well as alone. They enjoy continuous learning & strives for personal growth.
  • Minimum 2 years' solid training and selling experience gained in retail (preferably luxury & lifestyle segment)
  • First-rate IT skills for MS office suite and willing to learn
  • Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills - ability to persuade
  • Self motivated, proactive and independent
  • Energetic, self-motivated and positive. Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Mature, organized and attentive to details.
  • Willing to spend at least 65% of time traveling, visiting stores and working on a flexible schedule
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
