General Summary:

This role is to support Event Manager to develop and implement all kinds of China Events including but not limit to Branding Event, Press Preview, Brand Exhibition, and New Store Opening Event.


Support Event Manager to develop China annual Event Calendar, prepare event briefing deck, post event report and track ROI based on event objective and KPIs. Event types including but not limit to Branding Event, Press Preview, Brand Exhibition, New Store Opening, etc.

Coordinate on agencies communication includes production fee negotiation, F&B proposal, hotel coordination, photographer briefing, flower/florist proposal, models fitting, transportation arrangement, calligrapher briefing, etc.

Prepare vendor contracts and payments, and in charge of admin issues, spending report, and supporting documents fillings.

Responsible for monitoring competitor's event in the market and sharing intelligence report.

  • University graduate with 3+ years solid experience in event management.
  • Must have deep understanding of event management process and agencies connections.
  • Very good internal and external communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and good at project management.
  • Strong cross-functions communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work under multi-tasks and high pressure.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • With solid experience in PR/production agencies focusing on event management is preferred.
  • Or from international luxury brand in Event team is preferred.
