General Summary:

This role is newly created to address the importance of enriching the client engagement and elevating the experience in eCommerce site with mini program format focused.
The function is key to elevate consistent & premium experience across stores, designing exciting & engaging activities and building holistic seasonal activation calendar to support business objectives.
You are expected to build & lead the digital marketing organization to deliver the ambition for 2025.

Responsibilities:

Digital Activation Management
• Lead digital ecosystem marketing covering experience planning, campaign management, content/assets management
• Through campaign management, serves the specific needs for content creation, media plan alignment with brand communication team and mechanism design to drive better engagement & conversion
• Keep learning and creating online & Omni activation in luxury jewelry to drive brand NPS and maximize sales opportunity thru specific campaigns & activation
• Build ECOM driven themes based on deep understanding of jewelry and consumer motivation with brand communication calendar and offline activation resources.
• Deliver brand-led communication plan on eCommerce stores with good execution with vendors
• Review and enhance processes regard content & assets delivery for eCommerce and improve speed of execution/feedback.

Digital Experience Management
• Through experience planning, plan all the consumer pathways in digital journey, especially in mini program formats to elevate luxury experience and drive conversion uplift in consumer journey
• Enable digital and data driven thinking to measure the success and identify improvement areas
• Work with local & global brand/creative team to validate and align on the design work and get approval to move things forward
• Develop quarterly retrospective review and share insights to global & local stakeholders
• Build up quarter develop plan & priorities and get alignment

Vendor Management & Collaboration
• Pitch & manage qualified creative agency to support business & activation
• Manage IT vendor timeline & resource to deliver the plan
• Drive alignment and co-work with operation team to prioritize development based on business objectives
• Set measurable KPI for vendors
• Key digital marketing interface for brand & communication & creatives and marketplace platform
• Accountable for creation and activation of holistic digital campaign plan for eCommerce and drive alignment with key stakeholders globally & locally

Qualifications:
• 8+ years Digital marketing experience (agency or brand)
• Comprehensive marketing communication and activation experience with solid user cases and passionate about expanding to broader mix in luxury
• Understand digital consumer engagement and who can inspire our clients across our digital touch points
• Experience of vendor management of both IT vendor & Creative vendor to deliver end to end experience and execution
• Passion for elevating luxury experience in private domain management with full ownership and flexibility in functionalities
• Creativity & Innovative Mindset and have passion for creating the new in luxury eCommerce business
• Strong sense of luxury and understand the difference better key principles of luxury & non-luxury
• Superb written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Collaborative, able to build network and relationship with key stakeholders, especially having experience with global stakeholders
