The Manager, Global Procurement Center of Excellence is responsible for defining Global Procurement processes, implementing Source-to-Pay technologies to new Tiffany markets, and leading global procurement transformation initiatives. This position will work with internal and external business partners to drive Global Procurement programs across regions and departments.
This role will also supervise the day-to-day operations of Source-to-Pay processes and technologies in markets where Source-to-Pay has been implemented. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing operational improvements and system enhancements.
Location: This position is in-person with a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY or our office in Parsippany, NJ.
Key Accountabilities:
The hiring range for this position ranges from $117,810 - $166,320. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.

Key Accountabilities:
- Source-to-Pay Implementation: act as global Project Manager for Source-to-Pay implementation initiatives; drive project delivery and quality; review issues and project action items; handle issue resolution, project risks, budget, and scope; own project deliverables; conduct day-to-day management of Tiffany team resources; run solution testing
- Work with all business partners to define Tiffany's global procurement processes; identify, prioritize, and drive business decisions across stakeholder teams; identify process localization and standardization needs
- Work with team members to develop and implement change strategies; act as key agent of change for Source-to-Pay; identify communication and training needs
- Ongoing process improvement: Work with Coupa and Tiffany partners to roll out process and system improvements to markets that have already implemented Source-to-Pay. Lead and run Coupa release management process ensuring minimal impact to existing operations
- Ensure compliance to Procurement policies, maintain compliance controls and coordinate compliance reporting
- CoE Team Leadership and User support: Lead and handle a successful procurement operations team to ensure timely resolution of user issues
- Use spend reporting and analytics to drive Source-to-Pay operational improvements and savings, develop ongoing end-user training strategies, develop procurement policies
- Other tools: Lead rollout and day to day management of additional sourcing and procurement tools used by Global Procurement and other departments within Tiffany

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Corporate Finance experience
- Experience rolling out Source-to-Pay systems
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience leading all stages of systems implementations
- Management experience leading others
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of Management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master Degree, MBA preferred
- Experience implementing Coupa
- Experience with JD Edwards ERPs
