We are looking for a commercially minded and driven individual to join our London based team on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be an instrumental part of developing and growing the brand and as part of a small team will be expected to be ambitious, passionate and self-motivated.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new wholesale and market opportunities
  • Establishing and building positive working relationships with key wholesale clients
  • Developing growth strategies
  • Scheduling and holding seasonal appointments with existing and prospect accounts four times a year in London, Paris and/or elsewhere
  • Reviewing and analysing account orders and providing feedback to ensure an effective brand strategy is maintained
  • Making recommendations and negotiating with accounts to expand and support existing market development
  • Creating order confirmations, tracking order progress and arranging dispatch in compliance with account guidelines
  • Supporting the set up of seasonal collections in Zedonk
  • Processing and checking all wholesale orders efficiently and accurately
  • Establishing master files for seasonal management and maintaining company sales tools and contact lists for all existing customers
  • Preparing and presenting sales analysis to team members such as seasonal trade decks, successes, challenges and opportunities
  • Determining and implementing strategies to maximise sales growth; analysing sales to identify key trends, opportunities and challenges and working closely with other departments to drive sales plans
  • Working closely with the marketing/press team to help support and drive marketing initiatives
  • Consistently tracking and analysing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales; developing yearly forecast planning alongside short term seasonal plans to meet sales targets
  • Developing and implementing in-store trainings to secure brand and product knowledge
  • Developing and implementing activations plans per season and per key wholesale accounts

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience (minimum 2-3 years) of sales / business development in the luxury sector
  • Key relevant industry contacts
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience using Zedonk ideal but not essential
  • Strong planning, organisation and leadership skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated with ability to problem solve, carry out tasks independently and prioritise workload
  • Strong negotiation skills and decision making ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and to motivate others to achieve tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to produce a high volume of work quickly and accurately
