This role is available for 30 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of logistics activities
  • Process incoming goods flow
  • Check and maintain shipping documents
  • Check and approve bookings
  • follow up with shipmemts
  • process freight invoices


Our ideal candidate

  • Understanding the basic processes and procedures for logistics strong
  • You are someone who thinks ahead and develops a helicopter view
  • Ability to set priorities within the workplace
  • Excellent administrative skills with sattention to detail and accuracy
  • Good command of both English and Dutch language
  • Experiencewith Microsoft Office, outlook and excel.
  • Independent and proactive attitude to work
  • Team player
